My name is Laura K. Morghon. I live in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle and I am a real estate agent at Lake & Company Real Estate. I believe Lake is the best real estate company in the area and I'm very proud to work here. We are located at the north end of Green Lake about five miles north of downtown Seattle. I began my career in real estate in 1994 and have been at Lake since 1997.
Although I focus on the in-city neighborhoods, I do sell homes in outlying areas as well. Even if you are moving to or from places far from Seattle, I may be able to help you find the best agent in that area to work with you.
I have designed this page to give you access to as much information as possible on living in the Seattle area as well as things to do and fun to have while you are here. I've included information about my real estate services, some of my clients and life in Seattle. You will find information about buying and selling real estate. You will be able to view all properties currently listed with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, that's every home in the Seattle area that has been listed for sale with a real estate agent. I can help you to purchase any of them even if they are listed by a company other than Lake.
I built this site myself using html and a basic text editor back in 1996. I continue to maintain it using the same tools. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I have tried to keep it as simple as possible while making it as content rich as I can. I am always looking for useful links to add.
